Our work in D & I AND esteem allows organizations to create a better place for EVERYONE to work and thrive.

We utilize a change management approach to Diversity & Inclusion so that organizations are able to articulate success, have a strategic approach to achieve that success, and create outcomes that can be monitored in early stages and measured as time evolves. We believe this work involves both head and heart so we help leaders and their people operate with empathy as they work through the complexities of differences. Our work involves:

Leadership Development

 

We help expand the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations.  Our sweet spot is in helping individuals new to leadership roles or preparing existing leaders/entrepreneurs to move to the next level by strengthening their emotional intelligence. This allows leaders to facilitate the company's strategy through vision, alignment, and execution while growing the capabilities of others.

Our engagements typically utilize 360 assessments and/or past performance reviews to better understand strengths and areas of improvement. We find that most of our clients are skilled in their areas of expertise but can use support in other areas. Our work involves:

Coaching

 

Whether you are a high performer, current leader moving to the next level of leadership, or an aspiring entrepreneur, everyone can benefit from a coach. Studies show it improves performance, addresses areas of development, and identifies hidden strengths and deeply held aspirations. Our certified coaches can help in all those areas.

Additionally, with technology creating a 24 hour work day and the shifting roles of women both personally and professionally; stress, unhappiness, and feelings of being alone and stuck have become all too popular. More and more women do not know how to balance it all or may not have enough mentors or advocates in their work environment. We show accomplished women how to be free to be themselves and find deeper fulfillment in life in the midst of their current role, image, and obligations.

Whether overall coaching, or coaching for women experiencing a shift in their roles, all of our engagements begin with a 360 assessment and could included other assessments as needed. Our work involves:
